The NorthBeast contest is fast approaching. Officially billed as the PAMPA Northeast Regional Precision Aerobatics Championships, this one truly is a "Beast!"
The two-day contest features all of the PAMPA classes (Expert, Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginner), Classic Stunt, Old Time Stunt, and Profile Stunt with trophies to third in each division! If you are counting, that's 48 individual awards! There is also a very special memorial called the Jim Damerell Spirit of Stunt award.
I'd like to take his opportunity to personally thank Jim Aron for doing the outstanding artwork for the awards. Jim is extremely artistic, and he provided us with a beautiful graphic for the awards (see the photo below...).
There is a thread here on Stunt Hanger that has a pre-registration form, and while pre-registration is not required, it sure makes life easier on those who have to make up all the score sheets... The contest will be held in Bridgewater, New Jersey on September 28th and 29th.
