I'm told that someone in this membership owns the rights to Don Hutchinson's various plans. Specifically, I am recently aware of a real nifty Dauntless that he did.
Anyone have these plans on file? Or in a printed format?

I don't know who has access to the plans. Don was sending a pdf to go get a full size set of plans printed. I must have got about 18 plans from him , true works of art.

You might check with RSM. Eric has sold the company and it has a new owner, or you might ask Eric Rule also. The Dauntless has been done before and looks cool. They ALL do! Part of the problem if you have all of them is picking ONE to build!
Type at you later,

I got my T-6 plans from Dennis Leonhardi, SH call sign AirClassix.

There is a complete list out there but I cannot find it.

Do a search for Don Hutchinson. It will take a while to browse all the posts, but the plans are there in pdf format. Down load to yourself and then to Staples. D>K

Don's series of Warbird plans are all great designs, I've got copies of most of them. They're an ideal combination of scale looks with competition stunt capability, you can't go wrong with any of them. I just completed his P-38 Lightning last spring.
Speaking of Don, I haven't noticed any activity here from him for quite some time, anyone know how he's doing?

I have flown eight planes designed by Don, and all had the potential to be a great design. Build as designed, put an LA-46 on them, and enjoy. I have recently built Don’s Wildcat.
I’ve only flown it once because of weather, but it shows great promise.
Best of luck!

Very nice Joe, I like the pre-war scheme too. Looks like it might have a Saito on the nose? Can we see some more pics?

Good eye same Satio abs tank that was on the T6 for years I really hope it flys as good as the t 6 did.

Looks really good Joe, and it's nice to see another one of Don's 'Birds get built. If this Wildcat weighs the about same as the old T-6 did I'm betting you'll be super happy with it. y1

I only have a few flights on the B-25, but I think in the right hands it would be a winner. The last time I flew it I got all kinds of comments as I was cleaning it up. D>K
