Fox and K&B are the two that come to mind. Unfortunately, I don't know how you'd get either one these days. I suppose you could call Mecoa and see if they had any K&B's laying around.

Tom, I have 3 Fox  #09501 4-40X3/16 hex pressure fittings new in package @$3.00 each. $9.00 plus postage to a U S Destination only.

If you're tapping the back plate or something be aware of the unthreaded part of the fitting and drill out the first couple threads by hand with a pin vise. You don't want to shank out. Tighten very lightly (I use loctite), those things snap like a twig. I would try not to use one as a back plate bolt.
