Hi all, I was just wondering if Arvada associated Modelers, Jeffco club or anyone  else is flying CL.

We fly control line at the Arvada Associated Modelers flying field on a geotex circle. Also have a covered picnic shelter.

Hi Michael,

There are some CL fliers in the Denver area.  The Arvada Associated Modelers club has a CL circle at their RC field with hundreds of acres.  AAM has 350 members, but there are a dozen or so that fly CL, 6 or 7 on a regular basis at their field.  There is another CL club in the Denver area but has limited access to any good CL flying field.   One of their members has his own dedicated concrete flying circle at his home.  Perhaps a bit far from Trinidad.  There are a few CL fliers around the state, but not many of them seem to be very active now.

My wife has her dad and stepmother in Lone Tree, the rest of her family is in Longmont. Maybe the next time we go to Longmont I'll see about flying with AAM. PS its about 260 to Longmont from here.
