The real Peggy Sue, (Peggy Sue Gerrin) Died Monday, Oct. 1 at the hospital in Lubbock, Texas. She was 78.

I read her book "Whatever Happened to Peggy Sue?"

Sadly, another piece of childhood gone.

I may be wrong but I doubt it.
I wouldn't take her to a dog fight even if she had a chance to win.

Yes , She was the Buddy Holly Peggy Sue. She married the Cricket's drummer.

    If I remember correctly, The song "Peggy Sue" was written by the drummer of the Crickets just for that girl.
