Dixon Nobler - New Kit
I flew a foam wing Nobler in the 1974 and 1975 NATS and made the ‘Top 20’ both times. About 10 years ago I built a replica of that plane. Recently I took it off the wall to retune the Double Star .40 BB engine for zero nitro. What a sweet flying plane!
As a result, I want to make it available to you. The kit is much easier/faster to build than an original ’57 Nobler, or any other Nobler kit available. It comes with pre-sheeted, triple cored foam wing, aluminum landing gear, full size plan, and balsa parts cut to outline. It is N-30 legal, but not Classical legal: and a really good plane for all skill classes all the way to Expert. The original used an OS .35S with the stock muffler. The Dixon Nobler is perfect for a Brodak .40, Thunder Tiger .36, even a strong Fox .35.
Thanks,
Tom
