Bootlegger,

If you're open to suggestions for something to hold that Pet to those .012's, I would humbly suggest a Wee Duper Zilch. Of course an Akromaster or Flite Streak Jr. would work too...

Hi George,

When I get to hang up the whistles and clip boards, I will definitiely build my Wee Duper Zilch!  I have a couple of pretty little OS 10S engines to pick from.  They look like *models* of the OS 35S!  Even run a 4-2! **)

Since many probably have not seen either engine, here is a pic. Lower right is Max .10, rest are late version Pet .09's:

George;

  The upper two I have seen many times, I own a couple. But what is all that extra stuff on the venturi of the lower two? I don't recognise any of it.   LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~

That's just "stuff" that you replace if you use the engine for Stunt!

Actually, to convert the Pet to CL, you just remove the spraybar, which holds the carb in place, remove the carb , and replace the spraybar...no venturi insert.  ;D

To replace the carb do just the opposite...but who'd do that!

BTW, one of the upper engines in the pic originally had one o' them carb thingies.
