Decal Paper
« on: October 28, 2009, 09:15:51 AM »
What is a good source for decal paper.  Also, is white preferred or clear?

Thanks,

Zuriel,
I use paper from Decal Paper.com. They deliver quick and product is very good. I am sure there are other sources, but this works for me. I get both clear and white. Whether you use the clear or white depends upon the color base of the plane and the color of the decal. Example; red decal on clear paper won't show up very well on black.  Your can order an assortment pack.

I also ordered from decalpaper.com and am happy with their service. However, I did not order any white and quickly learned that the the colors you print on the clear are going to have the plane's color show through. You are going to go back and relearn what colors combine to produce what color.

Have fun!

I use belldecal as well you can order water slid decal material and make your own using your printer. Once installed onto you plane spray clear over it and bam!! You will not be able to feel the edge of the decal especielly if you use automotive clear.
