Dead Letter Zone 2?

Hi Robert,
 I've noticed a new forum in the list called "Dead Letter Zone 2" it seems to contain personal messages (Not mine). I'm presuming this should not be visible? I am familiar with the term Dead letter when used in error handling of failed messages etc so I guess this could be related to that?
