Post by: Airacobra on October 07, 2007, 06:13:54 PM
I spent the day today at the Dayton Buzzin Buzzards Contests and I just wanted to thank John Jordan and all of the others from the club who helped out to put on a great event. The weather was outstanding!!! Thank You Dayton Buzzin Buzzards.

A few more pics. from the Dayton contest.

Sunny, blue sky's, temps in the 80s and 0 mph winds gusting to 1 mph. What a way to end off the contest year here in the Midwest. If you did not attend this year, you need to put it on your calender for next year. John Jordon and his crew (plus the lady buzzards) run a fine contest. The hotels are close by, and  many eateries too. I went over with Roger Wildman and Mike McHenry and had a blast. You quickly find out you can't be to serious around these guys. Just a FUN time.

See everyone at our annual Wright Pat AFB tour this winter. Stay tuned, Les Byrd will be our coordinator this year.(we all voted him in)

Blessings

John is making a comeback and he has been to several contests this year allready and done well. I keep proding him to get something new built. He swears he will have something new, I keep jabbing him in the side every chance I get. Good guy, very talented flyer and builder.
