Hi Z, I don't have any pics, (I'm sure that DR will post some soon) but I did fry an engine in Classic...According to the experts I was running too much prop and not enough nitro. Everything was cool until I finished the horizontal eights. Things went South from there. The engine (OS .46 LA) started to fry itself...I tried to kill the run by putting it in the grass...The engine quit into the wind...Full stall landing...Humongous gust of wind flipped it on its back. Scratched things up a bit, but repairable. the weather was HOT...HOT...HOT...and windy. Good turn out and a lot of good flights. Great meet, great food, most of all, a lot of friendship.

Great pictures and reports over there too.  Both sites are great as well as the others I go to.  Too old to hold grudges any more.   VD~ S?P H^^

It was a good weekend for the Moon brothers. I won Classic
on Saturday and Doug won Expert on Sunday. Doug was flying
his new model, the Riff Raff and it looked pretty darn good in
the air. Richard had a new plane (new to me at least) and it
really looked good in the air, also. I liked the way his plane
presented.

It was HOT, but a lot of fun.

Steve
