Title: Dan Fogelberg
Post by: peabody on December 16, 2007, 08:01:58 PM: Don't know if anybody here has heard the news yet, but one of my favorite singer-songwriters, Dan Fogelberg passed away this morning of prostate cancer at age 56...

He was a musician's musician and I put him in the same league of Jackson Browne and James Taylor... will never see the likes of him again, I am afraid.

Irving Azoff took the bunch of them to Los Angeles, where Doug and Tom have done OK as studio musicians and songwriters. They had musical talent, unlike myself. Dan Fogelberg's dad was a high school band director in Peoria. I asked Allen Brickhaus if he knew him, but he didn't.

Oh, I am way ahead of that curve.

Love your prostate fellas. it is very important piece of equipment. You won't believe the prescriptions though!!!
