Dallas Labor Day Contest Sept 4 and 5, 2021
« on: August 25, 2021, 11:25:43 AM »
We are getting closer to contest day and I have added some notes re Covid precautions in the Event's section for all to enjoy.
(Excuse that apostrophe in "Event's", I cringe every time I see it, but, it is here to stay, apparently.)

Take a look, Thank you,

Doesn't an " ' " mean that it "belongs to" so if it is there it must belong, right?  LL~

No. Well, maybe. If a dog named "Event" retrieved a duck and ate it, then it would have been his.
It would be Event's duck.

Were a dove to fly across the circle and get hit by Doug's plane, it would be the dove's death.

BTW...There will be a special award for any pilot who loses his plane by means of a birdstrike at the Dallas Contest.

OK...that should be enuff grist for the JCT to write us a poem, perhaps even a limerick!

Thank's Ken,

dg

I sure do miss that plane.  More fun than a Gieseke OH8.
