That is a really good idea!  I think I will incorporate that as well.

866 is giant.  I may cut it down some too but I want the span....So I may have to go with it.  The wings will be fully removable and I can make new ones if they are too big.

I recently built an RC biplane converted to CL but havent flown it yet.  They had this really cool wing aligment tool.  It is light ply laser cut out of the wing tip shape.  Like a Caban strut but it went around both wings.  You fully mount the bottom wing.  Then you slide these lite ply cutouts on the end of each side of the bottom wing and the top wing goes in the top slot and then you mount the top wing.  Straight alignment every time.  The flaps are in there as well so they are aligned to each other straight from the get go.  May not be exact on the flaps but it will get you close.

That rules...  sadly, probably will not be flown until after you get back from the Nats...

I dont have a motor for it.  That is a mock on a PA 61 that hasnt run in who knows how long.  I mean I could loosen it up and give it whirl but it could be a headache.

If you want to fly it now it is ready put a motor in it and go.  I want to fly it and see it fly.  But there is no flying here right now.  The winds and the rain are still raging on.  It always gets good after the nats.  Usually too hot in the day buit mornings and evenings are nice.  Not much power due to heat but the rest of it usually very reliable.
