Title: Customer Service
Post by: Tom Strom on April 26, 2013, 06:21:12 PM
I was so amazed, and happy, I had to post this.  I talked to Tom Morris on Tuesday afternoon, to order a control system.  Today, the postman delivered my new system.  3 days?  I don't think I have ever received that kind of service.  It takes longer than that to order anything from my local hobby shop.  Most of you have probably dealt with Tom before, and probably won't be surprised.  But I am still amazed.  Now I can get back to work.

I have known and dealt with Tom for several years and had the pleasure of spending a few days in his shop with him.  I learned more in those few days than I had all the years up until that time.  The quality of his work and service is unequaled and he is a true Southern Gentleman.  He was a Colonel in the Army and many people do not know that.  The surface of some of his work benches came from the gym floor at West Point and Eisenhower played on that floor.  The world could truly use a few more men like Tom Morris.

Yes, he is one of the greats in this hobby/sport of ours.   I will never forget when he introduced himself to me at the Lubbock Texas NATS.
