Title: Custom rear exhaust header source?
Post by: Jim Oliver on October 04, 2011, 08:51:26 PM
Is there anyone that is currently making custom rear exhaust headers?  I need one for a rear exhaust ST .61.

Thanks,
Jim

Macs Products in Sacramento could probably help out. I think they make the headers for PA and RO Jett engines.

You can also get custom headers from Just Engines in England .

Is that for a Stalker or Super Tiger.

I think Dubby Jett purchased the tooling from Johnson Headers when he quit making headers.  Might check with Jett Engineering.

Actually, it's for an ST .61 X rear exhaust rc pattern engine------- :o

I'll contact Dub, thanks Frank.

Hi Jim

as I wrote in my Email  you may want to send me the Bolt spacing, I dealt with a lot of pattern folks in the past and have a lot of misc headers

Hi Randy,

There is no bolt spacing; it has a round outlet cast as part of the crankcase, so uses a Rossi-like connection.
A Rossi header might work, if one can be found with correct rise.

Thanks,
Jim

Ahh I think I know the engine you have, I will look for a Slide on Rossi or OPS and see what the diameter is.  If I find one I will email
