I'm considering these cabinets from Costco.
Thing is, they aren't in the store for examination. You buy blind.
Does anyone have these or know about the quality?
Yes, you can take them back.
Thanks in advance.

they are probably the same as the ones craftsman, kobalt, and everyone else "makes".... head over to lowes, home depot, ace hardware, etc and check them out.

TJ,
I've never seen these tall or upper cabinets at any of those places?
Possibly the store near you carries them?
All I've seen are the tool boxes and some storage cabinets on wheels.
I will check them out though, next time I'm there. Lowes is directly next door to Home Depot.
thanks for the reply.

They should work just fine. Do as T.J suggests. At least you can see the craftsmanship of them. It should be close.
A problem might be on how they ship them. Costco does not box product to be shipped. The will ship how the product is ship from the mfg. to you. They could have the company drop ship it to you. If that's an option. I ordered an engine stand from them. When it arrived it looked liked (the box) was run over by a truck. I was surprised that all the parts were there and in one piece.
But like you said you can send it back,no questions asked.

Tony,
The cabinets will come to the house only. No boxes scares me. Maybe this is why they're there inexpensive compared to others. I shopped.
If I buy them I'll let everyone know the quality or lack of.
Not much bench space. Lots of storage though.
Motorman,
I have a work bench, it came with the place. 36" x 72". I can build on it then clean it when I do my vinyl lettering work. I haven't seen the specs on these cabinets or know the size of the bench? I'm glad you brought it up. I'm going to look.
I just looked. 2 sections that total 96" in length.
Thanks guys,
Charles

Those sort of cabinet systems don’t necessarily have to be configured as shown.
If more useable workbench room is needed simply place the two tall cabinets side by side. That would leave the bench open ended for material to be overhanging or a workbench of any length could be used instead.

Hey Charles...
Remember that COSTO stands by the quality of everything they sell...
If they're not satisfactory, get them back to COSTCO

They're nice. But my cabinets are custom made from premium African walnut. Nothing is too good for me.

So earlier I clicked the photo and close viewed the subject cabinets
Later surfing Google and Amazon offered me that same set to consider buying...these days that is not unusual,,,even Alexa listens in and the next day I get ads for something discussed
This cabinet set was on display at my Kileen Lowes a few years back...I vetoed it as flimsy construction...very thin shells and the display was pretty wobbly...for that I assumed the display guy skipped some steps....That said I know how much I over load shelves and drawers....the display did not give a warm feeling that it would suit my needs.....
I eventually opted for Lowes lowest cost pre made kitchen / pantry cabinetry...only slightly higher in cost and 100% more sturdy IMO
