It will show the unread posts since you were last on line. Also notice the pictures. They have been added as thumbs for you guys on dial up. Please remember I am looking at all the users in the world that come here,everyone is not on DSL or cable. Click on it and it will open full size. But you can also insert them into you post just as before.One other thing on pictures, before some got messages like you must change the name of the picture as the same name is on file.Well now you can use the same file name for all pictures you upload (if you wanted) because the software encrypts the files and changes the file names. There is only one draw back to this, it will make it hard to rebuild the data base should come catastrophe happen. I will worry about that if it happens.
How to use the buddy list: Click on the persons name you want to add. In the profile of the person it will say add buddy, click there. To find your buddy instantly at the bottom of the main page where it shows all users on line it will say (Buddies on line) click there and a list will open. This is not to important right this minute 10:00 on 12-28 but tonight we will have instant messaging on this site. So if you need to talk to your buddy give him a shout. A new instant message window will open up and you can hold a conversation with him live. ( hard work but enjoy)
For all the Moderators of the boards. If you will notice on a post that someone makes there will be a pen and paper to the right. Click on that and it ill edit the post so you can use spell checker or the banned words list.On the spell checker you must allow pop ups for this site to let it work. It is the ONLY pop up we will ever have here. It checks the whole post at once not word by word. Give it a try,I know its better this way.
