I'm thinking of converting an electric profile to IC and canting <sp> the engine so the muffler is on the belly.
Anyone have any suggestions or ideas.
Was thinking about using a RC mount.
Thanks in advance.

Paul,
Most electric profile setups don't have the stiff nose required for fuel setups. Electric motors don't bang around like fuel setups. Hardwood motor mounts might need to be installed and electric profiles are usually built with thinner plywood nose doublers so you might need to add more than a R/C mount to the nose. I once witnessed a 3D R/C electric, that was converted to controline with glow power, tear itself apart in flight at a contest.
Be safe,Bob

I think the RC mount is your best option.
