Some time ago I believe that Aviojet had posted a thread about trying to hook up flaps to a tapered trailing edge.
I didn't respond at the time because I figured that others more skilled in C/L aerobatics would have an obvious solution.
Id like to offer what I have done on occasion when I encounter this situation. The drawing is crude but hopefully it will suffice.
Bear in mind that this is not unusual and we did it in R/C often.
it is basically a formed joiner from 3/32 or 1/8 wire and usually I use pieces of brass tubing for bushing the holes. For controlline we will assume that it is going through the 3 or so center ribs. Drill the correct holes through the ribs and set aside. Put the brass bushings your wire and make the arm bends allow enough length to extend below the sheeting of the wing. Make a 90 degree bend on a piece of 3/32 wire and cut the wire allowing enough for soldering to the control horn and the other end through the sheeting enough to accommodate your horns. I usually solder it perfectly flat to the flap arms. but if your creative and have another objective then do so now.
Slide the completed horn on the ribs and go build the wing in the normal fashion.
There are different ways to make this work but basically your going to have 2 pieces of wire for the flaps and one for attachment to the crank. So you need attachment points. In R/C we rolled brass
around the desired locations that had the appropriate holes drilled for your controls. However if your not into that then use nylon and wheel collars for strip ailerons from dubro use solder or JB weld to keep the wheel collars where you want themor just use fuel line o rings There are other methods to use but I know that your creative modellers.
Ok, So what is the advantage, well, your going to have two horns one on each flap so tweaking is easy with wheel collars and horns and fuel line safety bumpers they are adjustable for throw.
Oh one thing if you look at the drawing I have the control horns drawn backwards. What Can I say but oops.
Ok it's crude but it really does work and you can do a mock up first to prove it.

You know I'm all for experimentation and doing things in new ways. That’s for sure.
With that said, I would never discourage anyone's efforts with trying new things, including what you are trying to accomplish with your efforts and your diagram.
In my case, and in my case only, what I’m about to say has absolutely no relationship at all to your idea and what you are doing.
Sure, I managed to get double pushrods to operate a set of flaps with equal throws up and down.
However, it took forever, I used more HDWE than necessary, added weight two fold and I’m sure there's more. Oh yes, I was exhausted when done.
Bottom line on that project, I removed all of the HDWE, junk, weight, and went with a set of “Lucky Boxes,” as I was told to do so countless number of times.
I’m telling you this so you will know where I ended up, “Eventually.” A line from the movie Seabiscuit.
I could have saved myself a great deal of time. Time that could have been spent on other things.
