Curtiss Shipp OS46LA metal backplates

Hi folks,

I am just wondering if anyone is aware of whether Curtiss Shipp is still making CNC'ed OS46LA metal backplates.

if someone could pass on his contact details that would be appreciated.

I think there is a guy on facebook making them. Curtis has not done any in awhile.
Jim Lee might also make them.

I don't make them, but saw some stuff that Stan Fredy had done ebay. Tthey looked really nice.

Yeah the O ring is a nice touch.  I think the same person is offering the Fox .35 stuffer backplates as well.
I've started plenty...would be nice to finish something!!!

The o-ring sealed unit looks a very nice unit.

   I've gotten parts from Stan Frady and Kamtechnik and both had reasonable prices, good service and impeccable workmanship. If you don't like their parts then you don't like corn bread!!

Yes, absolutely. So does the Tower .40 backplate. The Tower .46 is a whole different engine design by a different manufacturer, so that one does NOT fit the .46LA.  H^^ Steve
