I am getting a Blue screen error it seems to be caused by ntoskrnl.exe
Can I delete this file? Where can I find it to delete it

You can't delete it , it is the core part of the operating system ( NT operating system kernel)
Google turned this up, bad memory is a possibility. Testing instructions in the link.
