compufoil 3D ????

Can anybody here tell how to make use of this program ? Can it take a jpg of a rib to create a planform of ribs and such ?

This is the program I use. You can not take a .jpg of a rib, and generate what you need, but, you can go into the extensive airfoil library, or use the NASA generator, and find, or modify, one of those to use.

I'll often modify an airfoil, close to what I'm trying to copy, then print it up to the same length, and compare. A few times doing this, and I'm so close it doesn't count.

Next, save the modified airfoil to the library, so it's there the next time you want it.
