any ideas on what will thin aero gloss paint. for less than a dollar a ounce tried lacquer  thinner, didnt work

I've used both Sig and Dupont 3608s with 30 to 40 year old Aerogloss with no problems.  I've not used it in a spray gun yet just mixed for brush on.  I paid 12.95 a gallon for 3608s 2 years ago, I believe it has gone up in price since but still a lot cheaper than Sig.

The last 3608s I priced was near thirty dollars for a gallon and it looked like it had been on the shelf for ages.  I didn't buy it.  I've been paying over ten for the lumberyard kind and it don't work to good.  I bought a Quart of SIG for my critical stuff.
