Discussed during the video chat this evening, so I figured I would post the plans

I've got a pair, but have never been able to get the hang of flying them.  Real squirrley!

I thought they flew great. You just need to find the right balance point and handle spacing. I also made mine monoboom, but that shouldn't change how they fly.

Anybody remember when Top Flight came out with them?  I had two, one Fuchsia and the other Lime Green silk.  I remember having a blast flying them but I can't for the life of me remember where.  Don't get old - it sucks!

I want to think that the Combat Kittens followed the Combat Cats... think the Cats came out in '61 or '62? SO, I suspect the Kittens came out shortly thereafter. I do remember I purchased some in mid-60s.

Yes, getting old has parts of it that sucks.

That fits.  I was pretty sure that I was in my early teens and that would make it 61-63.

Heres my Combat Kitten kitted by Pat King. Built when he released the kit some time back.  My first dope and silk job. Painted with Tamiya Acrylic and cleared with 2K Clear aerosol.

Yet to fly dur to Black Widow refusing to draw fuel. Need to remove it and overhaul it.

Hoping to fly for our clubs 1/2a day.
