I need some Fascal

The combat guys used to use a product called Fascal for covering airplanes. It is a clear plastic film with pressure sensitive adhesive on the back. I believe it is actually the material that stickers are silkscreened on. I am looking for one or two pieces, roughly the size of a regular sheet of paper. In anticipation of possibly needing to cut into an airplane I am building, I want to paint some Fascal for patches at the same time I paint the airplane.

Does anybody have some they can spare, or know where I can buy it in small quantities?

I have a huge roll that I haven't used since the early 90s. The sticky is gone from the back I think...I can send some if no one else has any...

Marvin, PM sent. Rafael, thanks for the offer, but sticky is the whole point. I may need to do some field mod's or repairs on a new carrier plane, and I want to be able to put on a patch that's good enough to leave on for the life of the plane.

I've got a couple of 8.5 x 11, 2mil Fascal sheets to spare and possible a sheet of 1 mil. I use it regularly out at the field making repairs and it performs excellent when applied to an alcohol prepped surface. You can iron it and heat gun shrink it. Send me a message with your info and I'll hook you up with a few sheets to give a try.
