NEXT YEAR!
THe Bergen Flyers have their annual contest the same day......next year we'll have to coordinate things so that they don't conflict.....

Hay Rich, Cleveland has been using these dates forthe past 8 years!!! How long have the Bergin Co. guys been doing it? Besides this they're two separate districts involved here. Apparently one bunch or the other will have to amend its' schedule.

Actually I believe the Contest Coordinators should coordinate.

Phil:
We are coming up on the tenth annual CCF contest...
ave....In the hate East, contests are pretty much coordinated and have been for years....I just care about Cleveland because I attended a couple of events when you were at the tank plant, and I can get there to visit my idiot sister and my father....

There are certain distance rules that the Contest Coordinators use. If two events are beyond the distances outlined by AMA, there is no coordination. That is probably what is the case here.
