Hi Gil
Automotive grease/oil/wax remover ( pre cleano) then tack rag(cheese cloth?)
Just to be safe test on area where if it messes up paint you wont see it.
So fare has been good with all paint I have used.
Helps to wet down the floor or ground to hold the dust down.

First go wash your hands thoroughly. Get some gloves and a bag of non lint rags. Then start wiping. If I think there is oil on the surface I use a rag dampened with Windex. I tied cleaners once and it removed some of the dope finish. All this is after the primary coat is done. Then it is wash hands and gloves every time I work on the plane. H^^

I've used PrepSol in the past (basically Naphtha) but more recently I've taken Phil Granderson's advice and used Windex. No problems.

Windex or Dupont Prepsol to clean . , For shop towels , stay away from anything that has been washed or dried, dryer sheets have alot of silicone in them , Best to use 3M prep cloth but kinda expensive , but so is repainting .
