Title: Cleaning or assessing damage
Post by: john e. holliday on October 05, 2020, 10:38:25 PM
Had to rewind my lines onto a different reel as that plastic reel from Perfect finally gave up the ghost.  Got to looking at my pit box and realized I hadn't done any maintenance on it for some time.  Saturday I had to get a 12 volt battery as the one I was using would not take a charge.   I am not going to say how many bad glow plugs where in it, as well as other trash.  I can now read the meter on the power panel.  No Mr Clean you are not getting the metal plate back. H^^

First shot is what was in it.  Next two are before and after. D>K

I moved on from my yellow plastic Craft Air field box to a fishing tackle box from Bass Pro. Lots of small parts storage.

Dont like ,dont need , never prefer , such panel equipment.
