I hope you hang onto even a plane to just do loops and invert.   I have been working on my balance physically.   Even with eyes open  I could not stand on one foot.   Am getting to where I can stand with eyes shut now.   Don't believe me about balance guys, ask Carl Shoupe about when he got out of his wheel chair and tried to fly.   Balance is like any other physical activity my threrapist told me.  You have to work on it.
