 AP^  Just to let everyone know that is coming to the Clanton Alabama meet this Nov. 3rd &4th We have included Basic Flight  to Saturday's agenda . $10 entry fee for this and Plaques for the top three finishers ,plus a certificate for those who who enter and give it a try.    Darrell Mims CD

Just a suggestion....but....from past experiences the Basic should be the very first event of the morning since that is when the wind is the calmest.  After all, Basic is just that...Basic....we don't know how to compensate for the wind or other acts of nature yet and it is usually calm in the early morning.


BTW....What time is the pilots meeting on Saturday and what time will Basic be flown?  From what i have heard and seen on the weather it looks as though it might be a windy weekend.   AP^
