Go to "Vendors Corner" and read their apology. They had a lot going on at once. That being said, your order may have fallen into one of life's cracks. While all this was happening, I had ordered some paint stencils from them. When I called to inquire because they hadn't arrived when expected,Emily discovered my finished order sitting on the desk waiting to be mailed. To make it up to me, they gave me my stencils for FREE! The wait didn't hurt me any, and who doesn't like free stuff? I will certainly be a repeat customer.
