CL display at the airport
« on: June 08, 2019, 09:53:21 AM »
Arranged a CL related display at Felts Field municipal airport in Spokane Valley for the Neighbor day open house.
Had planned on some flying as well, and had that approved and a site located, but couldn't get them the insurance paperwork they needed in time, so had to stay with a static display.
Paul Walker was going to come as well, but ran into complications at the last minute. Next time!

Just an opportunity to share the hobby with an aviation minded crowd.

How did you get all that stuff to stick to the ceiling like that?

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

Was a great day. Probably spoke to well over 150 people. Had several who wanted to get back into flying but didn't know where to buy anything. Fixed that.  Tons of great comments and questions.  Was a very good day, though my voice is a little worn.....
