Christmas drawing rules of eligibility.
« on: November 29, 2006, 04:02:31 PM »
In order to meet the requirements for the Christmas drawing you must meet the following qualifications.

  • Real first and last name in your profile.
  • You must have made a post in the last 30 days.
  • You must agree to let everyone know what you got from the greatest forum on the web!

I will give this advice to all of you "YOU DON"T WANT TO MISS OUT ON THIS ONE!!!
It will be the biggest giveaway ever and trust me many would give their first born for it.
"Some assembly required." But isn't that what Christmas is all about?

A little newer than that and won't require much except assembly. One more clue. This is something I would use and some of you have seen me use something just like it. You guess..

Bob,
That's not fair.  Giving clues that could mean a lot things.  Now, I'm going to lose a lot of sleep thinking just what could it be!  BTW the Jug looks good!

Same here I'd take a cast off any day.

And just to add your 47 is awesome.  I have put off starting anything because I have followed many posts and your and some of the other's planes are inspiring.

I want to do better when I build not just stick them together.

Thanks all for a great site.  I am really enjoying getting back into it.

Best to all

I have just returned to the hobby recently after a long absence and this sight has been great! It has been very helpful in getting me back up to speed as well as saving me from some poor decisions and big mistakes.

I am sure the sight helps many who need it!

Don't let Joe win it!!!  He will wear it out flying (or carressing) it.  I will definitely set it up and look at it (at least for a while)

I doubt that Robert would give up the newe P-47 so quickly, so my guess is a paint stand.

OOOOHHHH!!  Could it be big, shiny, well machined, and need the muffler attached, needle installed and a prop bolted to the front, with a PA on the side??

I might not trade the 1st born for one- but the one who bore the 1st born is a possibility!

The drawing is done using the entire membership roster (minus the admin and moderators).  If you are signed up, you have a membership number.  Then it is just a matter as to whether or not the winning number meets the criteria.

I think we ought to let the moderators in on it. We got to at least give them a chance to get the high pay for what they do. However it has not come up as of yet.

Robert;

Its come up now, I wasn't aware that the Moderators weren't in the drawing. I agree that because of the great job that they do that they SHOULD be included in the drawings.
