If he ever gets his hands on a PA he will really see what that SV can do.  >:D

I know this is an ARC, but after seeing the finished product, I have no doubt that Chip will have no problems when "he rolls his own"!

I hope to meet him soon.

His Only other SV-11 was powered by an OS, NOT a PA, these 2 new SV-11s he has are electric.

He's already had one. He's also had an electric model. Take a guess which one worked better for him... Chip has been flying RC Pattern with electric for several years and knows full well the advantages of electric power. Don't think he will be going back to glow...  ;D

Bob Hunt

Hook, Line, and sinker.  ;)

I am sure he will do fine with whatever he chooses. I look forward to meeting Chip in person and doing some flying with him.

Very good looking plane, which to me looks a bit different than most.  I like it.   And I think you  can trash talk all you want as with what Chip has been thru in competition would probably not new.   Hope to get to meet him.  Have never had the pleasure of meeting him at past NATS.

Trolling Hunt is like shooting fish in a barrel. He takes everything seriously.

You get minimal points for that.

Wow!!! I am really blown away by all this.  You guys are really incredible.    The hospitality this group has extended to me is second to none and I cannot put into words how much I am looking forward to meeting and flying with all of you.  I really need to thank my buddy Larry for insisting I give it a try and not letting up or this would not of happened.  The funny thing was it wasn't like I tried it and then had to think about if I wanted to do it again, I knew within the first couple minutes I was going to be hooked.    Since that time I have met and flown with some of the neatest modelers I have ever had the pleasure to be around.

I also really need to thank Bob Hunt, for all his patience over the phone, Ray Ferkins for all the patience at the field and the entire Arizona gang for letting me hangout and fly with them, especially Bob, Kieth, and Randy.     I cannot believe its 1am already so I am going to hit the sack.   I need some rest before heading to Tucson to get some flying in before Christmas  Once again many thanks to everyone and if I can ever be of help to any of you please don't be afraid to ask.

Merry Christmas to all

Chip

HI Richard,
Chip may still be here in Tucson.  He came to fly with us just before Christmas and was planning on being around for a few days after.  Not sure but I will find out in the morning at the field.  If He's there I'll tell him you want to talk to him.

Hope everything is well with you...Happy New Year!
