Chat Room Acknowlegement?
« on: January 10, 2007, 04:19:07 PM »
This has happened to me on a number of ocasions, twice today. When you enter the Chat Room and you are not going to stay, if you see someone is in there and he or she is alone, acknowlege the fact that you see them there, don't just leave. They may have been waiting for a little while, say Hi. If you don't wish to stay that is OK, at least the other party knows they are not having any problems. It really makes you wonder if you are being seen.

Maybe I'm old fashioned and outdated, but to me it seems like the proper thing to do. Thanks for looking and have a wonderful day.

The last few times I have gone to the chat room there has been nobody there.  It is kind of discouraging.

ANDY;

I know how you feel, here are the times when I try to check in:  AM 9:00   PM 1:00  Evening 8:00.  If you have other times post them here and I'll try to get there?
