Whats a "charter member"? How do you become one?

A CHARTER MEMBER is someone that was there at the start.

Well thats 1/2 right. Also anyone I need to give the privilege to. There are many forum moderators and charter members here who have the power to delete move or remove posts as seen fit to keep this place run in a civil manner.

Still looking for a general manager.
