Changes to the Allan Perret contest

It's still being held on March 30 and 31 at South Park in Denham Springs, La. Sanction 7059.  But the PROFILE event will have skill classes B.I.A.E.  The CLASSIC event will be open and have open N-30 included and will be flown together with separate awards. Contestants may fly in either event but not both. WARBIRD will be an open event.
