We have had higher than normal winds lately. Thought I would give a warning to all the NATS contestants. On 6/16 it was pretty steady @ 13 mph, gusts to 23 mph+. Today(6/17 @1515) we have 14mph with gusts to 25 mph+. It has been laying down in the evening(7-9 mph). Who knows what July will bring. Might be able to fly an anvil!
Good Luck

Well, at least it's not raining. Here, we have a great weather pattern going: partly cloudy with light winds Monday thru Friday and rain and wind on Saturday and Sunday (at least that's the weather report for this weekend). Fun stuff.

The weather shows isolated t- storms all weekend, but they haven't started yet.

You call that windy? If it is steady I will take it. It is the gusty shifty stuff I hate, oops I don't like that much. VD~

Roger Wildman, Rick Henry (Muncie police detective) and I were at the L-pad today. Weather was great, winds, 5 to 10, temp. 83 degrees, stunt heaven, except for the jets and the large scales going over our head. Here are a couple of pics. My new Petra and Rogers "John Davis Special". both PA .75's
Blessings

Both you and Rogers planes look superb. But then you two are very good builder/finishers. Very nice designs. Good luck to you both.
