CENTRAL FLORIDA FLY-IN

As you all know, the Ridge Barnstormers of Lake Wales, Fl. hosts The Central Florida Control Line  Fly-In on Thanksgiving weekend each year.  We are sorry to announce the due to the condition of the field and our impending move to a new flying site in the area, that we will not be having the event this year.  There is interest by other clubs in filliing in the date, so you might keep your eyes peeled for possible options for that weekend.

While I am sorry to hear that this annual event is off the schedule for now, I am heartened to hear that you guys have a new flying site in the works. Hopefully you will have enough room at the new field for a couple circles and we can all get together there next year.

Who knows- maybe you won't have to dodge cow pies and unruly livestock anymore - just the usual FL pests like fire ants and gators!

Good Luck Phil - and thanks for all the hard work you guys have devoted in the past few years in hosting one of the best, friendliest, laid back CL parties to come on the scene. I hope to see you soon - are you planning to go to KOI?
