Cavalier Lincoln log wing

Does anyone know of a video that shows the procedure for building Tom Morris' Lincoln log wing?  I have a modeling friend that has the kit but he has not been building for a long time so he's looking for guidance.

Sparky has some on his YouTube channel. Go to his playlists and look for the millennium wing build. It's slightly different from the original Lincoln Log wing, but the concept is the same.

Not sure how old  his kit is, but if untouched, there should be an instruction manual in the kit that shows the construction.. It is not unlike an I beam, very easy to do.  D>K

Hi Bruce,

Just a question.  Tom came out with the Lincoln Log construction for wings and then later revised it to the Millenium type wing which was different.  Are you sure it is the Lincoln Log?  Just checking cause there is a difference.  Also, there is a bound booklet that Tom put out that shows the construction of both in detail if you can find one.

Here's this. I knew I had it on hand....

I have bunches of other guides that can be shared, as well.

If you have the Mar/Apr, May/June, July/August 2012 issues of PAMPA's Stunt News, or if you are a PAMPA member you can look up those issues in the archives.   These issues have a three part full color series by Tom Morris on building the New Millenium Lincoln Log Wing (the later sliced rib wing.)  I find that the color pictures make it easier to see what is going on.
The series in these Stunt News issues aren't the same as the ones Steve Berry posted above. I'm guessing the article that Steve posted originally came from back issues of Stunt News as well and the original articles might be in color as well.  Steve's article is certainly from Tom's Building Tips collection of articles that Tom sold as a booklet which I purchased from Tom back in 2018 or so.  I just checked Okie Air and although they carry come of Tom's stuff, he doesn't have the booklet.  Perhaps Tom still has some copies of the booklet.  Lot's of good stuff in the booklet.
