Good Afternoon All;

  I know this was touched on the other week, but it seems the log-jam at Carstens (reportedly the result of printer hardware issues) is now resolved.

  Called to check the status of my order and before I was even queried for my name/order number, the woman on the other end of the line launched a pre-emptive strike, saying that 50+ sets of plans went out in the mail this morning. She went on to say that if I don't have anything by Monday, then I should call back...

Ordered plans on Thursday, they arrived today's mail.

Wow!  I'm still waiting on plans I ordered last November, and I get no response to me emails or phone calls...

Plans ordered first week in November.  Called the second week in January.  As of today still waiting.   ???
