Title: Carl Shoupe-Fancher type control handles

Gentlemen, a friend of mine has tried calling Carl Shoupe to order a bunch of handles from him, but has not been able to make contact after several calls. Does he take phone orders or does he do orders only via e-mail.

Yes, Carl will do it both ways. By phone or e-mail
