Hi, Steve - yes, it is fun to build and fly. EASY, in fact.
The wingspan is 44 3/4 inches, 9 3/4 chord, and approximately 435 square inches, including the flaps.
The weight as shown is 31.9 ounces. It has the Surpass 26 installed.
As shown, it flys perfectly with the Master airscrew 9-6, on 52 x .012 lines. I use Brodak 10/23 exclusively and have never had and run problems.
I think the plug is some generic 4S plug, possibly a K&B. (I have tried just about every 4S plug on the market and have yet to find any difference.)
A narrow non-uniflow, atmospheric vented 2 3/4 ounce tank is fine for the B-25 but too much fuel for the Surpass. I have tried uniflow and I do not care for it.
The interesting thing is I have never trimmed it. It flew so well that I did not see any need.
As you might wonder about balance, since I was experimenting with the B-25 and Surpass 26, I made two sets of mounting holes. The 25 installs approximately .9 inch further forward than the 26. Balance is perfect with both. Of course, as individuals prefer different flying characteristics, the CG might be shifted as required.
Here are a few quick shots I took around five minutes ago.
I will gladly answer any more questions if I can.
