You can get it dirrectly from Windy or at Brodaks.

You are breaching trademark law here by reproducing the plan digitally.
Please stop this practice. I spent many hours working on these
plans and neither I nor Windy take lightly to you simply stealing our work.

Windy charges only a few dollars for the plans and you or anyone else only has to email him at windyu at aol dot com to obtain aleagl set.

Theft is theft.

my apologies - I had the plan sent to me digitally - and no trademark comments on it - as such, I was unaware of this - I will remove this from my list of plans so it doesnt happen again

Hope he doesn't check out the bay.  There are several people selling CD's and copies of original plans all the time over there.  The one individual I deal with now has plans that has been redone from originals that are no longer in production or not carried by anyone else.  Just look at how many plans of certain designs are offered for sell by several people already.There are two individuals that I know for a fact have gotten permission to sell their plans of o;ther peoples designs.  Later,  DOC Holliday

Out of print is a grey area but these plans are not “out of print” they are available from either Windy or Brodaks. No one has permission from Windy or Brodaks or myself to reproduce any of his design for free or for profit.

Copying plans for personal use has never been an issue with me or Windy but copying them for trade, exchange, free or resale is.  Copying the work of others for profit or for any other reason is straightforward theft. Our cottage suppliers have a hard enough time keeping going and behavior like this does not help.

       I think Wynn was just trying to help a fellow modeller,I have
contacted Brodaks and will order the plan through them and have deleted
Wynn's copy.
