How do you purchase carbon Tissue
I got a price from ACP Composite  3 yards of Veil is $31.50   the shipping charge is an additional $32
that does not seem right?

One size fits all.  .2 oz. cf veil, aka tissue.

Eric Rule at RSM (listed on this site) has been very accommodating in providing carbon veil.
