Title: Carbon Fiber Pushrods

I need to buy some carbon fiber pushrods and my memory seems to be failing me.  I think the ones that accept the titanium ends that slide inside the tube have a 3/16 OD if I remember correctly but cannot remember the ID. 

Some of the dimensions are confusing to me when the go to metrics.

What is a good source for these and what do I need to order to make sure I get the right size?

I know Perry but I forgot to get them from him..  I picked up the phone today and got some from him....was really good to see you in BR.....

Central Hobbies per the link shown above offers different sizes of the carbon rods and and different sizes of the titanium rod ends to match.  Thier service ha always been first class for me.
Prices are slightly better also.
