This note is to bring to your early attention our meet in August. With Brodak’s, Joe Nall, and Huntersville cancelled, and uncertainty about the NAT’S, our meet may be the earliest chance to compete this year. That assumes, of course, this covid-19 emergency will be over by then. We’re expecting, and praying, it will be…..not just for modelers, but for everyone.
We fly in a beautiful city park on grass. The park site has permanent, well kept restrooms (no porta johns), picturesque walking trails, and motels and restaurants within 2-3 miles. There is a wives/ladies outing for Friday 8/21. We have a Saturday night get-together at a local restaurant.
It’s a great time for fellowship and competition at a venue that has much to offer. (But bring your own shade)

OTS Pampa skill classes
Profile (skill classes) Beginner, Int. Adv. Exp.
War bird
Nostalgia 30 (skill classes)
Friday is open for practice at 11am. Canton is in central North Georgia, accessible via Ga. 20 Hwy from I-75 on the west, or I-85 to the east. It is at Exit 19 on I-575 spur off I-75. Motels at Exit 20.
