Instead of posting in the event section, go to the top of the window and click on calendar to add an event. It will automatically be added to the events section after you post in calendar. That way when the event gets close everyone will see a notification in the info section of this forum. ( More exposure)
Those events not posted in calendar will be deleted. So if your reading this and you have made an error please go into calendar and fix the event. Thank you the management.
