Usually the day the magazine is published on line the server supporting the site gets a little bandwidth stress.  That normally evens out after a couple of days.  If you still can't get it after a couple of days, I will go and try to chase down a technical solution.  Regrettably, the offshore Mumbai based tech support often makes changes with neither adult supervision nor thorough testing to ensure there are no second and third order effects on site functionality.  It is why we are building a new site with a new provider.
